Course Objective

It is aimed to realize a comprehensive field study in the field of interest in current topics in operations management.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Make a field study in groups in order to be able to distinguish the production operation systems in companies.
2   Define problems regarding production operations department in order to identify and bring recommendations about the solution of the problem.
3   Improve oral and written communication skills through class discussions and presentations.
