Course Objective |
The purpose of this course is to prepare students for upper levels in HRM by focusing on human resources planning, providing all HRP related analysis and techniques required to handle both head-count and overhead budgeting commonly used in the organizations, and create an awareness and a specialization on how to get an internal equity environment in compensation using job analysis, job descriptions, and job evaluation systems. |
