Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts of company law and to provide information about practice of company law and its institutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To distinguish the company types and their differences.
2   To provide information about management, auditing, establishment and termination of the company.
3   To learn how to prevnt and to solve legal issues which may occur between shareholders, stakeholder and the creditor's of the company.

11 Capital Associations V: Insolvency, Bankruptcy, Liquidation, Dissolution.
12 Companies with Limited Liability
13 Limited liability company: definition, shareholders, capital of the company, liability of shareholders.
