Course Objective

To provide the skills of searching and finding, classifying and describing, dating and interpreting in archaeological excavation and research areas. To teach the methods and techniques of detecting, describing, dating and interpreting the findings in the research areas carried out in three ways: above ground, underground and underwater.

3   3. Determination of archaeological excavation and research areas and types of excavations
4   4. Preparation of Master Plan before archaeological excavation and research
5   5. Teaching of land measurement and plan square methods applied in archaeological excavations.
