Course Objective

The aim of the course to teach fundamentals of molecular cloning, recombinant protein production, and purification. To have information on the production and features of recombinant protein-based cancer pharmaceuticals.

3   LO3. Be able to learn production of recombinant proteins in different host systems and purification methods.
