Course Objective

This course aims to study the innovative literary contributions of women poets to the literary canon

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to survey feminist poetics in over a century.
2   to analyze poetry writing by women who created their own models of literary form.
3   to achieve a deep understanding of women poets and their innovations to the canon.
4   to develop their skills of critical reading.
5   to build students skills and confidence in developing their own ideas in a scholarly context.
