Course Objective |
The course aims to examine the main and different properties of government and governance by defining their concepts, to investigate the international process and documents of revealing concept of governance, to evaluate the governance in global/spatial scale, to investigate the applications of governance in central and local governments of Türkiye and detect the change, to explain the concept of e-government, to evaluate the changes in purpose and management of e-government and to examine the examples of e-government in Türkiye. |
