Course Objective

The aim of this course is; to define the basic concepts of morality and ethics, to analyze professions with moral and ethical aspects, to apply ethical principles in the process of education and training, to be aware of ethical responsibilities, to produce solutions to problems related to morality and ethics.

1   Defines the basic concepts of morality and ethics.
2   Understands the basic theories of morality and ethics.
3   Explains the moral/ethical responsibilities of managers and employees.
4   Applies ethical principles in the education and training process.
5   Analyze professions in terms of social, cultural, moral and ethical aspects.
