Course Objective

The objective of this course is to introduce the aesthetics of ugliness in literature as a historical indicator.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of this course, the students will be able; To know that ugliness is popular in the resolution periods of literature.
2   To resolute the ugliness in literature as a contrary discourse.
3   To use their knowledge on the literature s approach to ugliness.
4   To use the acquired information on the texts.
5   To distinguish the historical progress of ugliness perception.
