Course Objective

Defining the basic terms of law, understanding the basic regulations of Marine tourism law, understanding the rights and responsibilities of the tourist, contracts in the marine tourism, and resolving the disputes arising from these contracts, teaching the fundamentals of the tourism and hotel business

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning the international regulations on Marine tourism
2   learning the application of these regulations through case studies
3   defining the national and international tourism businesses
4   becoming able to critisize the applied law norms for the encountered problems
5   becoming able to pinpoint the lacking rules and norms and trying to implement the required regulation
