Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce basic principles and concepts of Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) in theoretically and administratively.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Able to describe basic concepts and historical development of the CBT
2   Able to explain and exemplify psychological problems with basic principles of the CBT
3   Able to form and describe psychotherapy sessions in line with CBT
4   Able to administer basic therapy techniques
5   Able to create CBT treatment plan suitable for psychological disorders.
6   Able to review literature findings about efficacy of the CBT on specific problems
