To teach basic concepts and functions related to human resources management
To provide to gain analizing,interpretation and evaluation skills conducted to human resources management area

It is calculated by taking 40% average grade of Midterm exam, 60% of the final exam
success rating.

Assessment Criteria

The understanding degree of students to 4 learning outputs is evaluated by midterm and
final exams.
