Course Objective |
It is aimed to analyze the importance of the budget, which is the fiscal instrument of the state in ensuring gender equality, within the scope of gender responsive budgeting approach. In this context, it is aimed to comparatively examine the development of gender responsive budgeting approach at local and central government levels in developed and developing countries and Türkiye. |
