Course Objective

Determine to the implementation of right to a fair trial in civil procedure law, in constitution and in basic human rights texts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to define right to a fair trial
2   Ability to unbundle right to a fair trial
3   Ability to explain the implementation of right to a fair trial in civil procedure law
4   Ability to compare with the civil procedure law and the other procedure laws in the right to a fair trial
5   Ability to determine the importance of right to a fair trial in civil procedure law

9 Importance of principle of publicity
10 Being tried in public hearing
11 Being tried as equitable
12 Right to a fair hearing and violation of right to a fair trial and its consequences
13 Right of individual application to Constitutional Court
14 Reviewing the European Court of Human Rights verdicts about Türkiye
