Course Objective

This course is designed to give students opportunity to discuss and learn basic issues in International Business Law. This course is designed to give students opportunity to discuss and learn basic issues in International Business Law. The concept of national/international law, enforcement, necessary framework such as contracts, business law issues, intellectual property will be covered in order to give sufficient and necessary background for the class discussion topics in precise areas.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The establishment and implementation of international commercial contracts, to learn the basics principles of international sales agreements.
2   Determine disputes arising from international trade agreements,
3   Preventing and solving problems arising from application of international trade law is expected to acquire
