Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine basic concepts of forensic psychology, the relationship between crime and psychology, and rehabilitation applications for criminals.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to describe basic concepts in relation to forensic psychology.
2   Being able to describe main theories and models in relation to forensic psychology.
3   Being able to give examples for the recent research in forensic psychology.
4   Being able to explain the importance of research in forensic psychology for different subfields of psychology.
5   Being able to follow and contribute to recent research in forensic psychology.
6   Being able to contribute to recent research in forensic psychology.
