To contribute to the scientific research on the relationship between the employees and the work settings

1   Define the basic concepts in I/O psychology like performance, satisfaction, safety, employees' well-being.
2   Understand how to contribute to an arganization's success by improving performance, satisfaction, safety, employees' well-being.
3   Plan a scientific study on the topics of performance, satisfaction, safety, employees' well-being.
4   Conduct a research in real work settings
5   Analyse the data from the research.
6   Report the applied research.
