Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine basic concepts of traffic psychology and psychological processes that influence driving behavior.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to describe basic concepts in relation to traffic psychology.
2   Being able to describe main theories and models in relation to traffic psychology.
3   Being able to give examples for the recent research in traffic psychology.
4   Being able to explain the importance of research in traffic psychology for different subfields of psychology.
5   Being able to follow and contribute to recent research in traffic psychology.
6   Being able to contribute to field applications concerned with the subject of traffic psychology.
