Course Objective

To teach basic statistical concepts in social sciences and psychology, statistical
application, interpretation and presentation as reports

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understanding key concepts involved in psychological statistics
2   Understanding basic statistical techniques (conceptually and numerically)
3   Be able to determine the appropriate statistical techniques for psychology data
4   Be able to correctly apply statistical techniques to psychological data
5   Be able to correctly interpret results of analyses of psychological data
6   Be able to clearly convey orally and in writing the details of statistical
