Course Objective

The aim of this course, technical criteria of sprint, relay sprint, hurdles sprint branches and basic game form exercises. Technical developer and reinforce technical exercises competition rules and make an organization of issues.

2   Define to exercises equipment and materials

1 800m. and 1500m. running form and endurance practice
2 3000m. and 5000m. running practice. endurance practice
3 high jump practice
4 high jump technic (straddle - fosbury flop and others) practice
5 pole vault practice
6 pole vault technic ( approach run, planting, jumping and fall) practice
7 Technical criteria of 4x100m and 4x400m relay, competition rules and organizations. - Practice training of 4x100m and 4x400m relay with game form
8 Hammer throwing
9 Mid Term
10 triple jump
11 triple jump technic (running, jump and sail) practice
12 test: hammer throw and triple jump
13 test: 800m and 3000m. running
14 Final
