Course Objective

This course aims to give the required skills and habits to write scientific articles. Choosing the right topic, using the library and the other resources appropriately, preparing reference lists, avoiding plagiarism, preparing drafts are some of these skills. In addition, the students will learn how to format their projects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to use library and the other resources to do research in his field.
2   To be able to learn and apply concepts such as note taking, summarizing, paraphrasing, and preparing reference lists.
3   To be able to make drafts.
4   To be able to choose appropriate research topics and write texts on these topics.
5   Ability to collect and organize data related to the research topic

Attendance is a requirement; regular attendants will be given bonus grades.
Those who violate the lesson will be required to leave the class.
Mobile phones are not allowed during the class hours.
Coming to the class on time is vitally important. All students are required to consider punctuality.
Illegal actions during the lessons and exams will not be forgiven; those who insist on doing these actions will be sent to the discipline committee.
