Course Objective

This course is for students; teaching that psychological skills area important as well as physical skills in sport; in this context coping with stress and anxiety, enhancing concentration skills, teaching necessary techniques which enhance motivation and providing correct approach in contest and competition process

1   To have information about general concepts in sport psychology
2   To understand game psychology
3   To comprehend factors that effect athletes in sport field
4   Learning to have psychological perspective of athletes from different age groups
5   Understanding importance of mental and psychological training and applying
6   To be able to use correct and effective techniques against stress in sport
