Course Objective

Its goal is to practically teach the positions, holds and techniques of standing and ground in Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling

1 Techniques of ground Freestyle Wrestling; ,front arm roll,olympic lift and cross facefar nee and cross face
2 Far ankle and crooss body,ankle lock,olympic lift and headlock, reverse chicken
3 Front headlock, olympic lift (sarma-Turks ride-Tcherek)
4 Leg ride and leg hook, brauvlee
5 Techniques of Standing Freestyle Wrestling;single leg, inside single legand
6 Techniques of Standing Freestyle Wrestling; double leg pick up
7 Fireman's carry, go behinds, outside kick
8 Techniques of ground Greco-Roman Wrestling; strength, arm lock and waist lock
9 Techniques of ground Greco-Roman Wrestling; strength, arm lock and waist lock
10 Arm lock by sweep, full nelson, half nelson,turnover by lever
11 Reverse waistlock
12 Gut wrench
13 Techniques of Standing Greco-Roman Wrestling;take down by arm drag, duck under and takedown
14 Techniques of Standing Greco-Roman Wrestling;take down by arm drag, duck under and takedown
