Course Objective

It is a course designed to provide knowledge and skills on the concept of geriatrics, epidemiology, theories of aging, comprehensive geriatric assessment, exercise programming in the elderly, and the effectiveness of physiotherapy in geriatric syndromes.

1   Knows the definition of aging, aging theories and systemic changes. 2   Know the content of comprehensive geriatric assessment in detail, can apply 3   Plan and conduct exercise program for elderly 4   Learn about physiotherapy applications in different geriatric pathologies. 5   Follow related literature
