Course Objective

The aim of the course is to discuss and analyze the nature and the underlying reasons of conflicts in schools, integrative and peaceful resolution of interpersonal conflicts, interpersonal conflict mediation models and approaches, skills and techniques

2. To evaluate interpersonal negotiation tactics in school conflict resolution process.
