Course Objective

To teach the evaluation of results of applied physiotherapy and rehabilitation program after conservative and surgical treatment of an orthopedic pathology.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of this course, students will be able to do the physiotherapy assessment of a patient with orthopedic trauma.
2   At the end of this course, students will be able to do physiotherapy assessment after conservative and surgical treatment of upper extremity orthopedic pathology
3   At the end of this course, students will be able to do physiotherapy assessment after conservative and surgical treatment of lower extremity orthopedic pathology
4   At the end of this course, students will be able to do physiotherapy assessment after conservative and surgical treatment of spinal orthopedic pathology
5   At the end of this course, students will be able to determine and do the physiotherapy assessment of a patient with orthopedic trauma.

Course Policies and Rules

The course will be taught by 2 faculty members for 2 hours on Wednesday, between 15.30 and 17.15. During the 14-week curriculum, where courses are distributed according to topics, faculty members will attend the course and discuss weekly topics with the students.
