Course Objective

To learn the aims, neuromuscular mechanisms, techniques and fields of application of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques.

Course Policies and Rules

The course has 4 lecturers. Each week will be taught by the responsible faculty member. For the 15-week total education period, considering the holidays, midterm week and academic term duration, according to the individual credit load; each faculty member will attend the lectures for 3 weeks in total throughout the semester and teach the relevant subject.
