Course Objective

Rhythmic gymnastics-1 lesson, field definition, history, and defining the general characteristics, classifying rhythmic gymnastics rules, use of basic tools, basic body aims to grasp the challenges of information in the application and special training.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To identify basic information about the history and rhythmic gymnastics disciplines.
2   To classify rules rhythmic gymnastics, acquire information about the terminology.
3   To make the basic body movements used in Rhythmic Gymnastic.
4   To apply the basic techniques and choreography to create rhythmic gymnastics rope.
5   To know the importance of rhythmic gymnastics branch in the sports field.
