Course Objective

By introducing the concepts of physical activity and healthy life, revealing the relationships between physical activity and healthy life, evaluating the effects of physical activity on healthy life and becoming aware of its importance.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Can define basic concepts related to health and physical activity.
2   Knows the concepts of physical activity, exercise, physical education, sports, health and healthy living.
3   Understands the importance of individual-specific planning of physical activity.
4   Explains the effects of physical activity on healthy life.
