1   Knows the concepts of physical activity, exercise, physical education, sports, health and healthy living.
2   Understands the history and philosophy of physical activity, exercise, physical education, sports, health and healthy living.
3   Knows and recognizes physical activity activities and their characteristics.
4   Knows and explains the relationship between physical activity and healthy living.
5   Knows different physical activity and healthy living activities and recognizes their application to different groups.
