Course Objective

The main purpose of the course is to learn the automation possibilities of all the systems that the students may encounter in the field of mechanical installation and to enable them to work with these systems in assembly, maintenance and repair applications.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learns the basics of automatic control.
2   Will be able to determine the functions that require automation in mechanical installation.
3   Will be able to design algorithms.
4   Can write programs for PLCs
5   Be able to assemble and calibrate sensors used in mechanical installations.
6   Can draw automation system diagram.
