Course Objective

In this lesson intended The student learn the techniques of jewelry making used jewelry , create their own designs, using technical information implement them in production.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define the Jewelry making techniques
2   Learn to advanced jewelry making techniques and and making jewelry with these techniques.
3   Making manufacturable designs and being able to solve defects that occur during production
4   To be abile to choose the appropriate making technique for a given design.
5   To be able to forming metal parts in with the produce design

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Advanced production forms of jewelry making techniques explaining and showing with example. Prepare during the period materials to be used and metal alloys
2 Teaching signed ring making and draw to personal size ring mold accordingly and transfer to metal.
3 Signed ring making and teaching gold carat account and calculate gold alloys.
4 Demonstrate surface texturing techniques on the example. Making jewelry in the workshop.
5 Explain and apply the technique chosen by the class from the techniques explained at the beginning of the semester.
6 Explain and apply the technique chosen by the class from the techniques explained at the beginning of the semester.
7 Student project construction: prepare design drawing of jewelry made to measure metal to design proper shaping and making.
8 Midterm exam
9 Student project production: Metal of individual project design shaping on metal.
10 Explaining the mosaic technique and show the making on to sample jewelry.
11 Student project making.
12 Explaining the jewelry plating process.
13 Shaping methods, design methods and finishing jewellery.
14 Jewelry making with a modern technique
15 Making student projects and to study for an final examination.
