Course Objective

The main aim of the course is to acquire the basic knowledge and skills related to communication and to develop communication skills specific to the construction sector.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the concepts and types of communication 2   Being able to explain the importance of effective communication in social and professional life 3   Being able to compare the institutional, organizational and social aspects of communication skills and knowledge 4   Being able to improve communication skills specific to the construction sector 5   Being able to apply activities that may facilitate adaptation to the social environment
