Course Objective

To comprehend the concepts of supply chain management and logistics.
To develop skills and competencies in transportation and inventory management.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students gain the competence to explain the concepts of supply chain management and logistics and apply these concepts to daily business processes.
2   Students acquire the ability to effectively plan and implement different transportation modes by understanding them.
3   Students develop the skill to effectively plan and implement inventory management systems by understanding them.

Assessment Criteria

The extent to which learning outcomes one and three are achieved will be assessed through midterm, quiz, and final examinations.
The extent to which learning outcome two is achieved will be assessed through the term project.
