Course Objective

The aim of the course: process identification, creation and management of processes In business. Process improvement and monitoring techniques can be used. Completion of the course students can use the techniques in business process management.

Property define methods for measuring the quality, analyze quality-related problems, create and improve business processes. Will be measured the level of knowledge the students by participation during the course discussions and the answers given to the questions in the exams
