Course Objective

Examining the provisions of Short and Long Term Insurance and General Health Insurance regulated in the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No.5510 with case studies and judicial decisions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have the ability to describe the basic concepts of social security.
2   To have the ability to be familiar with the national & international principles.
3   To have the ability to discuss problems related to civil servants and employees in the light of local and foreign court decisions.
4   To have the ability to apply the legal provisions of Turkish legislation on social security problems of civil servants and employees.
5   To have the ability to create solutions to the problems faced by civil servants and employees

7 Work accident and occupational diseases insurance under the Act no.5510 -part 2
