Course Objective

The main objective of this course is to analyze the results, reason and content of international and national law regulations on trade union rights. In this sense, the other objectives are to understand the implementation and recognition of trade union assurance and to learn of rules, principles and decisions related to the case law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To analyze the results, reason and content of international and national law regulations on trade union rights
2   To learn the implementation and recognition of trade union assurance and to learn of rules, principles and decisions related to the case law
3   To analyze the trade union rights and trade union assurances in terms of social and economic aspects
4   To compare in terms of time and space the change of trade union rights and trade union assurances suffered in Türkiye and global scale
5   To approach social and economical crisis and transformations in Türkiye and global scale in the context of trade union rights and trade union assurances and to evaluate its effects on Türkiye in the process of globalization.
