Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide students with the advanced level of knowledge of the international law of the sea.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   acquire advanced knowledge in the international law of the sea 2   evaluate critically the acquired knowledge on basic concepts, disputes and cases. 3   define and analyze conflicts which require specilization, offer a resolution by referring to related theoretical approaches, reach a conclution and report it both verbally and in writing. 4   achive self-discipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decisions. 5   develop skills of critical analysis in relation to the political, socio-cultural, economic and legal developments in national and international agenda.
