Course Objective

Gain the knowledge of the Definition of Family, Marriage and Engagement to Marriage andDivorce and their Reason, and also the ending of marriage and their legal consequences.

1   Be able to know the basic and important part of the society : family 2   To learn basic definitions of family law and concepts in turkish Law 3   To learn Engagement to Wedding, Marriage and Divorce and their Reason 4   The ending of Marriage and their legal consequences of spouses and children. 5   Parental custody and tutelage
