Course Objective

This course provides students have a basic skill of record and categorization of medical documentation in health institutions

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define basic concepts of medical documentation 2   Being able to understand, importance of medical documentation 3   Being able to expound of security and safeguard of medical documentation 4   Being able to understand security, maintenance and standardization of medical documentation 5   Being able to define medical documentation processes in hospitals.
