Course Objective |
The course will focus on various modes of transportation and the economic aspects of transportation systems. Course will cover the key principles governing transportation planning, investment, operations and maintenance. Technological change, resource allocation, market structure and regulation, public and private transportation finance and project evaluation; covering urban passenger transportation, freight, aviation and intelligent transportation systems will be introduced as the concepts central to transportation systems. This course aims to provide students about different modes of transportation and interaction between economics. |
