Course Objective

The aim of this course is to train nurses that can assess the practices directed at protection and development of the health of individual, family and community in public health area in a critical way, which can plan appropriate interventions for the problems as well as conducting and assessing the results of those interventions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Defines the problems in public health practice areas
2   Plans and conducts interventions for the problems in public health practice area.
3   By making inter-sectoral cooperation in public health practice area and evaluates the results
4   Makes case manager in the solutions of the problems in public health practice area.
5   Takes the lead in the solutions of the problems in public health practice area.
6   Plans and conducts research, publishes the research results for the solution of the problems in public health practice area and.
7   Leads in the formation of evidence-based nursing standards and interventions
8   Knows the ethical principle in the practice of public health
