Course Objective

To provide students for expanding existing knowledge and skills in relation to solution focused counseling and using solution focused approach in group counseling

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understanding of the principle aspects of the Solution Focused approach
2   Become familiar with the stages of Solution Focused Counseling
3   Build on and expand existing knowledge, in relation to Solution Focused Counseling within the group.
4   Enhance counselors skills in supporting group members in setting achievable goals and finding their own solutions
5   Use Solution Focused approach in group counseling.
