Course Objective

The objective of this course is to acquire learning all concepts of investigation phase which are started with learning crime doubt and continued to acceptance of indictment under the principles of criminal procedural law.

1   To express the meaning of presumption of innocence.
2   To express the persons are participated in investigation phase.
3   To tell the process of investigation phase.
4   To learn protective measures in criminal procedural code.
5   To express the concluding causes of investigation phase.

2 Persons who are participated in investigation phase(prosecutor, law-enforcement officiers, police force )
3 Persons who are participated in investigation phase(culprit, defender, victim)
4 The practice of investigation phase
5 Applying to protective measures.(capture, arrest, legal control)
6 Forced-bringing, look-up, intercept, look-up on computers and computer programs, copy.

9 Listening and recording of communications
10 Charging hidden investigator with a duty.
11 Body examination.
12 molecular genetic analysis,Detection of one's physical identity,Encroachment of access
