Course Objective

It has been observing that most of the lawyer in practice are behaving very recessive about solving the problems in the area of the law of succession. The very one of the reasons of that is teaching the law of succesion in the law schools only two hours weekly, although it is a very large and complex area of civil law. The obcektive of this course, which is about one of the most important subjects of the law of succession, is to give an opportunity at least to the lawyers who will have a master degree for improving their knowledge in this area.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Get able to understand the concept of the testamentary dispositions and to severalize their types,
2   Get able to recognize the material types of the testamentary dispositions,
3   Get able to understand the sequences of the material types of the testamentary dispositions,
4   To get ability of effective advicing to the people who want to make testamentary dispositions,
5   To get ability of making an academic study about the law of succesion.

Lecturer tells the subject and the students who come to class examining the scintific works and related legislation participate in discussions opened by lecturer after her presentation.
