Course Objective

Quality improvement is recognized as an essential function in any successful organization. Leading shipping corporations have demonstrated that improved safety, and quality raises profits, reduces costs, and provides competitive advantage.
This course will provide an insight into concepts and is a guide to implementing ISM, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9002 and T.Q.M. .quality based management systems.
