Course Objective

In the doctoral thesis, the student who will work in this field will be informed about the field, problems and working methods and introduced with the resources.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understands Turkish Religious Music with its musical, literary, mystical and mystical elements.
2   Gains knowledge of versatile knowledge in the field of Turkish Religious Music.
3   Comprehends the lyrics of the works performed, their distinctive features in terms of composition diversity, form, maqam, tempo and meaning in words.
4   Gains knowledge about the importance of Turkish Religious Music, divan poetry and performance style in Turkish Music.
5   Gets information that will help him with his doctoral thesis.
