Course Objective

To introduce students to the fundamental concepts, advanced techniques, and best practices in postgraduate medical education, and to convey contemporary approaches and practices in this field.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Identify the foundational concepts and practices in postgraduate medical education 2   Understand the requirements, processes, and methodologies of specialization training. 3   Acquire the ability to adhere to ethical and professional standards in medical education. 4   Recognize challenges encountered in specialization training and devise solutions to overcome them.
