Course Objective

Information technology (IT) law is related to different disciplines. It contains public and private law properties. It s about commercial and obligations laws which is related to internet used in law, on the other hand, internet causes intellectual property law problems because of the downloaded software from internet and used contents. It s also a matter of internet related crimes. For this reason, IT law is associated with criminal law. All these connections are needed to link and it s purposed students to understand basic statute of IT law.
