Course Objective

The course aims to gain management knowledge and skills by transferring theoretical and practical knowledge on issues related to Business Management.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define the basic concepts of business administration and management. 2   To explain the essential management functions (planning, organizing, execution, coordination, and control). 3   To associate management functions with each other. 4   To interpret the situations arising in enterprises regarding management functions. 5   To use management skills to solve management problems.
